Strasburg skates past Wellington with ease

In what's become a running theme this season, the Strasburg Indians gave their fans yet another huge win on Friday. They really took it to Wellington for the full four quarters, racking up a 94-27 victory on the road. The victory was familiar territory for Strasburg who now have 12 in a row.

Strasburg's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Landen Martin, who scored ten points along with five assists and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Austin Velasco, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds and four steals.

Strasburg pushed their record up to 17-1 with that victory, which was their eighth straight on the road. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.0 points per game. As for Wellington, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-18.

Strasburg will be playing in front of their home fans against Estes Park at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wellington, they will head out on the road to square off against Highland at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
