Football Recap: Bishop Moore Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bishop Moore can now relate to. They took a 12-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Seabreeze Sandcrabs on Monday. The loss continues a trend for the Hornets in their meetings with the Sandcrabs: they've now lost three in a row.

The critical scores for Seabreeze came from Ylan Phan and Annabel Thistle.

Bishop Moore now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Seabreeze, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-8 record this season.

Bishop Moore does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Seabreeze, they will face off against New Smyrna Beach at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Sandcrabs 7.6, the Barracudas 5.3) so any points scored will be well earned.
