Softball Recap: Grand Saline Has No Trouble Against Milano

Grand Saline picked up another tournament win on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Milano Eagles as the Grand Saline Indians made off with a 9-1 win.

Grand Saline is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. Milano's loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Grand Saline has already played their next game, a 3-3 tie against Franklin on the 28th. As for Milano, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 15-2 victory against Buffalo on the 27th.
