Memphis Academy of Science and Engineering waltzed into their match on Thursday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They put the hurt on the Trezevant Bears with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

Memphis Academy of Science and Engineering was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-18, 25-16.

Memphis Academy of Science and Engineering's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Trezevant, their defeat ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 5-3.
