Volleyball Game Preview: McHenry Warriors vs. Prairie Ridge Wolves

The McHenry Warriors will take on the Prairie Ridge Wolves at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. McHenry has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the contest with three straight defeats, while Prairie Ridge will come in with six straight wins.

On Tuesday, McHenry came up short against Jacobs and fell 2-0.

McHenry may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 14 points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-14.

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Prairie Ridge and Central have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Tuesday. The Wolves came out on top against the Rockets by a score of 2-0.

Prairie Ridge easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-19.

McHenry's loss dropped their record down to 8-16. As for Prairie Ridge, their victory bumped their record up to 17-2.
