San Joaquin Memorial and Fresno are an even 2-2-2 against one another since January of 2016, but likely not for long. The Panthers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

San Joaquin Memorial managed to keep up with Clovis until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Panthers lost 3-0 to the Cougars.

Fresno kicked off their season on the road on Thursday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell just short of Clovis East by a score of 1-0.

San Joaquin Memorial was able to grind out a solid win over Fresno in their previous meeting back in May of 2021, winning 3-1. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
