Football Game Preview: Glidden-Ralston Wildcats vs. Audubon Wheelers

Glidden-Ralston is 0-7 against Audubon since October of 2016 but things could change on Friday. The Wildcats will venture away from home to face off against the Wheelers at 7:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

It was a proper cat-fight when Glidden-Ralston faced off against CAM on Friday. The Wildcats fell 54-46 to the Cougars.

Meanwhile, Audubon put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Fremont-Mills 40-8. The 40-point effort marked the Wheelers' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Audubon's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Glidden-Ralston, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Glidden-Ralston suffered a grim 54-28 defeat to Audubon in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Can the Wildcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
