Volleyball Recap: Richmond Hill Starts off Right with Win over Appling County

Richmond Hill took care of business in their home opener on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Appling County Pirates.

Richmond Hill easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-14.

Appling County dropped their record down to 1-2 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coincidentally, Richmond Hill and Appling County will both be playing Savannah Country Day the next time they take the court. The Pirates will head out to face the Hornets at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Wildcats will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
