Soccer Recap: Eastbrook Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Eastbrook hadn't beaten Bellmont on the road since October 14, 2017 but that history sure didn't bother them on Saturday. The Panthers' defense stepped up to hand the Braves a 3-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Eastbrook, who have now won five games by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Bellmont with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jesus Marin, Samuel Moser, and Ciaran Moeschberger.

The victory (which was Eastbrook's third in a row) raised their record to 8-2. As for Bellmont, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-8.

Coming up, Eastbrook will head out on the road to take on Wabash at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Eastbrook will be up against Wabash's rather soft defense (which has allowed four goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Bellmont, they will look to defend their home pitch on Monday against Leo at 7:00 p.m.
