Basketball Game Preview: Mt. Rainier Rams vs. Stadium Tigers

Mt. Rainier is on a seven-game streak of home losses, Stadium a 14-game streak of away losses dating back to last season, but someone's luck will change on Friday. The Mt. Rainier Rams will host the Stadium Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Mt. Rainier has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Mt. Rainier lost 58-36 to Kentwood on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Stadium played a tough contest on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 59-30 loss at the hands of Auburn. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 289th, while the Trojans are ranked 39th).

Mt. Rainier's loss dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Stadium, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-16.

Mt. Rainier skirted past Stadium 37-34 in their previous matchup on January 6th. Does Mt. Rainier have another victory up their sleeve, or will Stadium turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
