Basketball Recap: R.A. Long Comes Up Short

R.A. Long lost against Ridgefield back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The R.A. Long Lumberjacks fell 46-35 to the Ridgefield Spudders. The Lumberjacks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

R.A. Long's loss dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Ridgefield, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. R.A. Long will head out to take on Mark Morris at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Mark Morris will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something R.A. Long surely won't give up without a fight. As for Ridgefield, they will venture away from home to square off against Hudson's Bay at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Ridgefield is facing Hudson's Bay at the right time seeing as Hudson's Bay is stuck on an 18-game losing streak.
