Basketball Game Preview: Washington Panthers vs. Hersey Huskies

The Washington Panthers will face off against the Hersey Huskies at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Washington sitting on six straight victories dating back to last season and Hersey on three.

On Thursday, Washington didn't have too much trouble with Metamora as they won 61-42.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hersey). They breezed past Waukegan to the tune of 66-37 on Friday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Hersey's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Washington, their win bumped their record up to 5-0.
