Connor Cowan put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March of 2024 on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out ten over five innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up a single earned run in three consecutive appearances.

Cowan's strong effort led Juab over Richfield and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
