Basketball Recap: Shelton Takes a Loss

Shelton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were dealt a 43-10 loss at the hands of the Trinity Christian Trojans.

Shelton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Trinity Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shelton will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on All Saints Episcopal at 6:00 p.m. on January 10, 2025. As for Trinity Christian, they will be home for the holidays to greet Brighter Horizons Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
