Volleyball Recap: Gunnison Beats Moffat County for Their Fourth Straight Victory

Gunnison came tearing into Saturday's contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Moffat County Bulldogs 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Cowboys, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-20, 25-16.

Gunnison found their leader in sophomore Addison Claus, who had eight digs and four aces.

Gunnison's win bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Moffat County, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-17.

Looking ahead, Gunnison is taking a road trip to challenge Crested Butte at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Moffat County, after both having extra time off, they and Aspen will shake off the rust and duke it out at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
