There's no place like home for Steeleville, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They blew past the Gibault Catholic Hawks 8-2 on Thursday. For the Warriors, this counts as revenge for the 15-5 victory the Hawks walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.
Corinne Mueller made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.
