Franklin waltzed into their match on Thursday with five straight wins... but they left with six. Everything went their way against the Tuscola Mountaineers as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on September 2nd.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Franklin was: they took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-11, 25-15.

Finley Moffitt paced Franklin's offense, picking up 11 kills. Moffitt got some help from Bristol Brooks and her 19 assists. Moffitt was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Franklin's victory bumped their record up to 19-2. As for Tuscola, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-17.

Coming up, Franklin will challenge Murphy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Tuscola, they will head out to face off against Pisgah at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
