Volleyball Recap: Albany Takes a Loss

Albany was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Barneveld Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-17, 25-12.

Albany's loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Barneveld, they pushed their record up to 18-7 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Albany has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 defeat against Benton on the 21st. As for Barneveld, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Catholic Central on the 23rd.
