Volleyball Game Preview: Althoff Catholic Crusaders vs. Rock Bridge Bruins

Althoff Catholic is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Howell Central just ended the team's seven-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 2-0 to the Spartans.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Rock Bridge, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Battle with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday.

While Rock Bridge won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 26-24, 25-19.

Rock Bridge is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-11 record this season. As for Althoff Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 20-4.
