Volleyball Game Preview: Juanita Ravens vs. Redmond Mustangs + How To Watch

The Juanita Ravens will take on the Redmond Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Juanita will be strutting in after a victory while Redmond will be coming in after a loss.

Juanita will bounce into Tuesday's match after beating Lake Washington, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. The Ravens walked away with a 3-1 win over the Kangaroos on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Ravens.

Elisa Cook had a dynamite game, getting 25 digs and two aces. She has been hot, having posted 11 or more digs the last eight times she's played. Another player making a difference was Carla Pop, who had 15 assists and six digs.

They weren't the only good servers: Juanita was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least ten aces in five consecutive contests.

Meanwhile, Redmond didn't have quite enough to beat Woodinville on Thursday and fell 3-2.

Redmond couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Woodinville a tough time in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-30, 18-25, 25-21, 25-21, 16-14.

Juanita's record now sits at 12-3. As for Redmond, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-4.
