Basketball Recap: Middletown Christian Takes a Loss

Middletown Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a 69-37 loss at the hands of the Dixie Greyhounds. The Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-11.

Middletown Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Dixie, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-4.

Middletown Christian will take on Emmanuel Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dixie, they will challenge Tri-Village at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Tri-Village's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
