Baseball Recap: Lindbergh Takes a Loss

Lindbergh lost against Eureka back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Flyers fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 4-3. The Flyers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lindbergh saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ethan Cantareira, who went 1-for-4 with one double and one RBI.

Lindbergh's record now sits at 20-10-1. As for Eureka, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 14-9.

While Lindbergh had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
