Soccer Recap: Heritage Comes Up Short

Heritage was the 4-1 winner over Roane County when they last played one another back in September of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Mountaineers lost 4-0 to the Yellowjackets on Thursday. That's two games in a row now that Heritage have lost by exactly four goals.

Heritage's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Roane County, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Heritage wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 9-0 defeat against Hardin Valley Academy on the 26th. As for Roane County, they have also already played their next match, a 9-0 win against Sequoyah on the 26th.
