Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Don Bosco). They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Gladbrook-Reinbeck Rebels on Monday. This was a revenge game for Don Bosco: when they faced off against Gladbrook-Reinbeck back in April, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

Don Bosco's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-9. As for Gladbrook-Reinbeck, their loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-9-3.

Don Bosco wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Regina on the 6th. As for Gladbrook-Reinbeck, they will face off against Denver at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
