Flag Football Game Preview: Tolleson Wolverines vs. Camelback Spartans + Official Tickets

The Tolleson Wolverines are taking a road trip to square off against the Camelback Spartans at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Camelback took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Tolleson, who comes in off a win.

Tolleson took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Browne 33-0. That looming 33-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Wolverines yet this season.

Trinity Preciado had another great game (as she tends to do), throwing for 303 yards and three touchdowns, while also rushing for 38 yards and a pair of scores. Tolleson's leading receiver Clemmonique Cheatham was Preciado's top target yet again, picking up 164 receiving yards and one TD.

On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Tolleson's defense and their ten sacks. Satta Borbor led the group effort, picking up three of those sacks all by herself. Sara Ramirez is on a roll when it comes to sacks, as she's now posted at least one in each of the last four games she's played.

Meanwhile, Camelback was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 21-0 to Maryvale.

Camelback's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Tolleson, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.
