Manson hit Oroville with a five-run second inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. Neither the Hornets nor the Trojans could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 7-7 draw. The game marked the Hornets' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Oroville's tie gives them a new season record of 6-1-1. Meanwhile, Manson's record is now 3-8-1.

Looking ahead, Oroville will face off against Moses Lake Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Manson, they will square off against Brewster at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
