Softball Recap: Advanced Math & Science Academy Picks Up 13th Straight Win at Home

Advanced Math & Science Academy lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Bay Path RVT, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Tuesday's game. The Eagles blew past the Minutemen 11-0 on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Adriann Murphy was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 13 over seven innings pitched. Murphy was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with one RBI.

In other batting news, Advanced Math & Science Academy let Guilamina Yost and Madelyn Glynn run wild. Yost scored a run while going 1-for-2, while Glynn scored three runs while going 3-for-3. That's the most hits Glynn has posted since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Sophia Hammell, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Advanced Math & Science Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .545. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Bay Path RVT only posted an OBP of .167.
