Basketball Game Preview: Jefferson Patriots vs. Molina Jaguars

The Jefferson Patriots will venture away from home to square off against the Molina Jaguars at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Jefferson's offense hasn't had much luck over their past four matchups, but Tuesday's contest will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Jefferson took a blow against Sunset, falling 62-1. The game marked the Patriots' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Molina lost 46-26 to South Oak Cliff on Tuesday. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Molina, their loss dropped their record down to 5-13.

Jefferson was able to grind out a solid win over Molina in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, winning 46-34. The rematch might be a little tougher for Jefferson since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
