Volleyball Recap: Millis Snaps Seven-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Millis hadn't done well against Medfield recently (they were 0-7 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Mohawks were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Warriors. This was a revenge game for the Mohawks: when they faced off against the Warriors back in March, they had to take a 3-0 loss.

Millis' victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-4. As for Medfield, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-3 record.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Millis is set to square off against their familiar foe Dighton-Rehoboth Regional at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Medfield will challenge rival Nipmuc Regional at 6:00 p.m. on May 8.
