Football Recap: Splendora Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Splendora was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Port Neches-Groves Indians 48-6. The Wildcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-6.

Brayden Hinton threw for 85 yards and a pair of TDs. Aiden Washington was his top target, picking up 52 receiving yards.

Splendora's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Port Neches-Groves, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Splendora has already played their next game, a 56-19 defeat against Montgomery on the 16th. As for Port Neches-Groves, they will face off against West Fork at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
