Spring-Ford is 8-2 against Upper Perkiomen since March of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Rams will venture away from home to challenge the Indians at 7:00 p.m. Spring-Ford's pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so Upper Perkiomen's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Spring-Ford's usually-dominant pitching crew will be looking to make up for Monday's struggle, when Owen J. Roberts hitters got past them. The Rams lost 15-3 to the Wildcats on Monday. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mia Fanaro was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double. Autumn Eck also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Meanwhile, Upper Perkiomen was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against Methacton, falling 10-2.

Upper Perkiomen saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Maddie Deeble, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one double. Kristina Molnar was another, going 1-for-4 with two stolen bases and one run.

Upper Perkiomen's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Spring-Ford, their loss dropped their record down to 9-6.

Spring-Ford skirted past Upper Perkiomen 8-7 when the teams last played on April 2nd. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rams since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
