Volleyball Recap: Tri-West Hendricks Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Tri-West Hendricks waltzed into their contest on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Martinsville Artesians 3-0. For the Bruins, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 victory the Artesians walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2025.

Tri-West Hendricks got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 30-28, 25-10.

Tri-West Hendricks can attribute much of their success to John Burry, who had 14 assists and eight digs. Those 14 assists gave Burry a new career-high.

As for Martinsville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Whiteland on the 5th.
