While Westmoore didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-8), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They beat the Bryant Hornets by a goal, winning 1-0. The Jaguars wouldn't have won without Anjelic Gonzalez, who scored the game-winner.

The win was the third in a row for Westmoore, bringing their record for this year to 5-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those three matchups. As for Bryant, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1-1.

Coming up, Westmoore will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Southmoore at 6:00 p.m. As for Bryant, they will head out on the road to challenge Conway at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Conway will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Bryant surely won't give up without a fight.
