Basketball Game Preview: Berkshire Badgers vs. Lakeview Bulldogs

The Berkshire Badgers are taking a road trip to challenge the Lakeview Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Berkshire is coming into the match on the come-up as their season has now been buoyed by two straight wins. They walked away with a 43-36 victory over Madison on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Lakeview earned a 51-40 win over Hubbard on Tuesday. That's two games straight that the Bulldogs have won by exactly 11 points.

Lakeview is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 10-11 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.0 points over those games. As for Berkshire, their victory bumped their record up to 5-15.

Berkshire didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Lakeview in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, but they still walked away with a 41-36 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Berkshire since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
