Basketball Recap: Booker Now 11-2 over Last 13 Games

Booker won the last time they faced Kelton and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Booker Kiowas came out on top against the Kelton Lions by a score of 44-31. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Kiowas.

Booker's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Reydn Rosales led the charge by dropping a double-double on 12 points and 15 boards. Those 15 rebounds gave Rosales a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Julian Barton, who posted 14 points along with six boards and three steals.

Booker smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 20 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in 13 consecutive matchups.

Booker has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. As for Kelton, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.

Booker will head out on the road to face off against Fort Elliott at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Kelton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
