Don Lugo won the last time they faced Burroughs and things went their way on Friday too. The Don Lugo Conquistadores had just enough and edged the Burroughs Burros out 58-56. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Conquistadores.

Don Lugo's win bumped their record up to 2-12. As for Burroughs, their loss dropped their record down to 3-10.

Don Lugo and Silverado will face off at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Silverado has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 174 points over their last three matches. As for Burroughs, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Sultana at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
