Sarah Ottusch Game Report: vs Weston

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Monday Sarah Ottusch stepped things up a notch to give New Fairfield the 'W'. Ottusch struck out 12 batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off five hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long.

Coming up, Ottusch and New Fairfield are taking a road trip to face off against Pomperaug at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Rebels haven't beaten the Panthers recently, having gone 0-9 since May of 2015.
