The Richmond HomeSchool Guardians's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a rough 68-21 loss at the hands of Bluegrass United. Richmond HomeSchool was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-15.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bluegrass United to victory, but perhaps none more so than Milbrey Ann Coffman, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 17 rebounds. Coffman is trending in the right direction, as she's improved her point production for three games straight. Mikah Pridemore was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds.
Richmond HomeSchool has not been sharp recently as the team has lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season. As for Bluegrass United, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 22-6.
