Soccer Recap: West Vigo Comes Up Short

West Vigo lost against Terre Haute South Vigo back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Vikings lost 5-1 to the Braves. That's two games in a row now that West Vigo have lost by exactly four goals.

This is the second loss in a row for West Vigo and nudges their season record down to 0-6-1. As for Terre Haute South Vigo, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.

West Vigo wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against North Putnam on the 9th. As for Terre Haute South Vigo, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Evansville Christian on the 6th.
