Basketball Game Preview: Central Hardin Bruins vs. Taylor County Cardinals

The Central Hardin Bruins and the Taylor County Cardinals will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played.

Central Hardin's tournament run continued when they took on Bardstown on Friday. Central Hardin took a 46-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of Bardstown.

Meanwhile, Taylor County had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 79-57 margin over the Panthers.

Taylor County's victory bumped their record up to 23-8. As for Central Hardin, their loss dropped their record down to 18-10.

Central Hardin came out on top in a nail-biter against Taylor County when the teams last played back in February of 2021, sneaking past 47-45. Does Central Hardin have another victory up their sleeve, or will Taylor County turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
