Soccer Recap: Basha Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Basha, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. Everything went their way against the Desert Mountain Wolves on Monday as the Basha Bears made off with a 4-0 victory. The Bears have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Wolves, too.

Basha now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Desert Mountain, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-1-1.

Basha didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 6-2 defeat against Boulder Creek on the 19th. As for Desert Mountain, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Casteel at 11:45 a.m. on January 2, 2025. Casteel will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Desert Mountain surely won't give up without a fight.
