Flag Football Recap: Washington Comes Up Short

Washington lost against Terra Linda back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Eagles fell 18-14 to the Trojans. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Washington's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Terra Linda, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Washington will host Arroyo on Monday. The Dons' defense has only allowed 6.1 points per game this season, so the Eagles' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Terra Linda, they will square off against University at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Trojans will be up against the Red Devils' rather soft defense (which has allowed 29.83 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
