Softball Recap: Willow Spring Storm vs. Garner Trojans

After a string of six wins, Willow Spring's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 9-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Garner Trojans. Willow Spring has not had much luck with Garner recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.

Lynlee Ogburn was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, a triple, and a run. Kaitlynn Hunt was another key contributor, going 1-for-2 with a home run.

On Garner's side, Brittany Stephens was incredible, going 3-for-4 with a home run and four RBI. Another player making a difference was Leigh Anna Carter, who scored two runs while going 2-for-4.
