Chase Bennett Game Report: @ North Vermillion

Chase Bennett posted a new career-high in rushing touchdowns on Friday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, rushing for 54 yards and three touchdowns. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up 0.5 sacks, making seven total tackles (1.0 for loss), and defending two passes.

Looking ahead, Bennett and Riverton Parke will be playing in front of their home fans against North Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The contest will pit Bennett up against the Thunderbirds' star running back Lane Simmons. Will the game be decided in the trenches? We'll have our answer very soon.
