Recap: Niagara Falls Wolverines vs. Bishop Timon-St. Jude Tigers
The Niagara Falls Wolverines were the 76-39 winner over the Bishop Timon-St. Jude Tigers when they last played one another back in December of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. Niagara Falls took a serious blow against Bishop Timon-St. Jude on Saturday, falling 81-51.
Bishop Timon-St. Jude was led to victory by Jaiden Harrison and Nakyhi Harris. Harrison scored 22 points along with 7 rebounds and 6 assists, while Harris went 7 for 9 from beyond the arc en route to 34 points and 3 assists. Jacob Humphrey was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with 5 steals.
Niagara Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Bishop Timon-St. Jude, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Niagara Falls will head out on the road to face off against Nichols at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bishop Timon-St. Jude, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Western New York Maritime Charter at 6:00 p.m. on December 12th. Western New York Maritime Charter comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
