Softball Preview: Baldwin Bulldogs vs. Spring Hill Broncos
Baldwin hasn't had much luck against Spring Hill recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Bulldogs will head out to face off against the Broncos at 6:30 p.m. This will be Baldwin's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
Baldwin is headed into Thursday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Tuesday. They fell 6-2 to Santa Fe Trail.
Meanwhile, Spring Hill waltzed into their match on Monday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came out on top against the Trailblazers by a score of 8-5.
Jayden Kistner spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and one unearned) runs on five hits and racked up eight Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
