Football Recap: Beachwood Takes a Loss

Beachwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by the John Adams Rebels 54-0. The Bison lost against the Rebels in their previous head to head back in August of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 40-10 score last time.

Beachwood's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for John Adams, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Beachwood will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Crestwood at 7:00 p.m. on September 12. As for John Adams, they will square off against Richmond Heights at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
