Recap: Ridgeview Panthers vs. Oakleaf Knights
The Ridgeview Panthers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 81-48 loss at the hands of Oakleaf. Ridgeview lost against Oakleaf in their previous head to head back in February, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 67-38 score last time.
Despite the loss, Ridgeview still got an impressive performance from Blake Thomas, who scored 12 points.
Ridgeview's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Oakleaf, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ridgeview will take on Clay at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Oakleaf, they will play host again and welcome Ribault, where tip off is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Ribault focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 20 on Saturday.
