Volleyball Recap: Pioneer Takes a Loss

Pioneer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the River City Raiders, falling 3-0.

While Pioneer was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-12, 25-22.

Pioneer's loss dropped their record down to 1-6.

Coming up, Pioneer will take on Sacramento at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for River City, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Vacaville at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
