Kickapoo is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat Wisconsin Heights 81-33. Given the Panthers' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 61st, while the Vanguards are ranked 401st) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Royall faced off against Hillsboro two weeks ago. The Panthers were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 54-53 to the Tigers. The loss was the Panthers' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Royall fell to 6-1. As for Kickapoo, their win was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-0.
